At The Trailer Parts Outlet, we are committed to satisfying your needs. We will do what we can to make things right if we are at fault and will do whatever it takes to help you if we are not.

We ship to all 50 states. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii please talk to a Trailer Parts Expert to quote your order.

    The Trailer Parts Outlet is proud to offer a guarantee to our customers that will get them back on the road as quick as possible. We know time is money and we care about making sure we do all we can to help get you back to business. All orders shipping ground will be shipped out next business day if ordered by 12PM CST. Note: if your order is placed after 12PM CST, 1 full day processing will apply. Standard shipping times are 1-5 days depending on your location. Some exclusions temporarily apply but we are working diligently to be able to apply this to all our orders.

    Exclusions Include:

    1. Any items that have to ship freight - Items weighing 150 pounds or more or kits where one or more items weighs 150 pounds or more.

    2.  Custom Axles - Axles that have to be custom made require a lead time to ensure that the axle is made to specifications the customer needs. (Lead time for custom axles is 3-4 weeks)

    An idler and electric brake axle that ships ground, has the ends wrapped for protection. Fedex and UPS may damage the grease caps, but we are happy to send replacement caps, as well as include some in your package. Please do not refuse the item for damaged grease caps, contact us at customerservice@thetrailerpartsoutlet.com and we will get you taken care of right away.

    Most other items are boxed carefully and wrapped so no pieces or parts become missing. If you have any missing items, please contact customerservice@thetrailerpartsoutlet.com

    We provide you an order fulfillment email with the tracking number and carrier used. Please check this often, as we are not responsible for Fedex or UPS misdelivering your package. If they do so, please contact us IMMEDIATELY because the driver will only remember where he delivered to for so long. This is the only way we can help this issue. Please watch for your package with the provided information.

    If you are missing any parts of your order, please contact us right away as we may have split up the shipment to get your order to you as soon as possible. You may just have another tracking number that was not displayed in your email which we will be happy to provide. For any tracking inquiries please contact customerservice@thetrailerpartsoutlet.com


    On Freight Items our normal handling time is 2-4 business days, and the normal transit time is 3-7 business days depending on your location. If you are close to one of our distribution centers, we will source the item and have it shipped to you direct from that warehouse.

    Our freight packages are palleted on custom built pallets that ensure the integrity of the pallet. Your items are banded tight to the pallet where no man force can break the bands. If your pallet contains tires and wheels, many times the boxes will be stuck between them. Please check there first if you feel you are missing something.

    Freight companies are not the most careful with packages, so if you see any damage or lost items, please contact customerservice@thetrailerpartsoutlet.com and we will try to help you right away.

    Please inform us of any and all changes, because if the freight company cannot get a hold of you in time before storage fees, we will have the items sent back to us AND we will hold the shipping fee from your refund or will charge you the return shipping fee before we send it back out. Please provide a good working phone number for the freight company to call and schedule a delivery time. Someone must also be available to sign for purchase at delivery. If you need the item redirected to a new address after it ships additional fees will apply. 


    If you order the wrong item and would like to exchange for another product, we do ask you pay the difference in the cost of the item if it applies, return shipping of the wrong item plus half the cost of shipping the new product to you. We will split that cost with you to help offset the cost of the exchange. 

    If you ordered a custom axle, depending on the measurements all custom axles are none returnable and non-refundable.

    Return and Refund Policy:

    If you order an item and it is not what you need, we will accept returns within 30 days. If the reason is not seller fault, we will charge the return shipping fee and a restocking fee.

    If you order an item and we do not send the correct item, we will exchange or return the item free of charge. We will assess the item upon receipt and ensure there is no damage and that it is in resalable condition. IF we did indeed send the correct item, the return shipping fee and/or a restocking fee will be held from your refund. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of the receipt of item. 


    We would be happy to help you. Please contact customerservice@thetrailerpartsoutlet.com with pictures and a brief message so we can proceed in getting you new parts. 

    Cancellation Policy: 

    If you wish to cancel your order please notify The Trailer Parts Outlet by 2:00 pm CST the same day as the order was placed with response confirmation. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges to and from the shipping address if cancelled beyond this time frame.


    Manufacturer warranty will apply to products we offer. Warranties will vary depending on manufacturer.  Warranties will not include any service accessorial charges such as towing, transportation or incidental damages incurred.
