    Broken break cable

    One of the four break/hub assemblies I received was broken .

    The adjustment cable was broken . I didn't have any choice but to put it on anyway because I had the old one apart and needed the trailer that day.

    Messaged a problem I had never received a response back

    Parts show up with minor damage

    Had to go to local hardware store to gets parts to fix it

    Messaged a member I got from customer support and never received a response back

    The lugs didn’t line up correctly

    Yes they work but they’re not 100%

    I inquired about the Dexter parts but salesman swore the cheaper ones were just as good/ equivalent to Dexter wrong

    They are different

    Don’t go cheap

    Good fit

    Everything fit well on my 12,000lb equipment trailer. Only thing I wish was an option it to have the small lugs and new bolts that hold the backing plate to the axle flange. I had three break off and had to use regular bolts to take there place. Maybe add a few to the package if this happens or give an option to order some. Other than that everything fit well.
