Wel put together kit. Should have came with all that was needed to install
Packaging was terrible. Some mounting bolts, washers, brackets were missing. Had to replace with old hardware to complete the job.

Meh
We were missing two nuts from our kit, the delivery was delayed by 1.5 weeks because FedEx felt the axles were taking too much room in their truck, and customer service never returned my call after requesting an LOA (I was told it would be 24-48 hours after initiating the process I would hear back). Overall, customer service doesn’t care too much and FedEx being used for shipping and delivery is a joke. Wouldn’t use again or recommend.

The communication between FedEx and us is not the best, as they have multiple locations and several call centers. Unfortunately there is not many carriers that will handle the items we sell due to the sizes, in your case seeing how it was not lost FedEx would not issue a lost item tag. Until FedEx claims it to be lost then we can issue a new label to be printed for a replacement part to ship. I assure you we do care about our customers and understand down time is costly.
