16k swat dissapointment
I have two issues. One bearing cap was missing and the other three were beat up. I assume the damage was done during shipping. You did replace the missing cap at no charge and I made a dolly to straighten the other caps.
I opted to spend an additional $500 to upgrade from 14k to 16k package. Your add stated the axle would be 3.5" on the 8k axle but it was 3". The same as the 7k. I was told that it was a few mms thicker but that doesn't make up for the diameter difference. I know there is a larger bearing in the 8k axle but I don't see a $500 additional value.
