    Missing the lugs and washers

    I recently ordered a set of four pre-mounted tire-and-wheel assemblies from The Trailer Parts Outlet, but the experience has been far from seamless. Upon delivery via FedEx Freight, I discovered that two of the units had broken free from the pallet and were rolling loose in the truck. Furthermore, the kit was missing the included lugs and washers. After attempting to source my own hardware, I realized my axles require 1/2"-20 Mag Wheel Lug Nuts. I am currently still waiting for the correct hardware to arrive, leaving the wheels unmounted and my trailer out of commission.
