    Litlle to no customer service.

    Parcel was shipped FedEx, played do-si-do on the delivery for three business days and a weekend, even FedEx didn't know where the parcel was. It was so bad, their truck came to my house only to tell me there wasn't a parcel on the truck afterall. How could a parcel be scanned, identified as out for delivery and not be on the trcuk when it arrives? Contacted Trailer Parts Outlet through their website queue for help...crickets. Parcel finally shows, five business days late. TPO's shipper, their problem. FedEx would not let me make a claim as I was the recipient and cleared my complaint with no follow-up.

    Our records indicate that your order was placed on the 28th and dispatched on the 29th. On the 30th, the shipping label became unreadable and required replacement, which likely contributed to the delay. Additionally, as some carriers do not operate over the weekend in certain regions, this may have further impacted the delivery timeline. I can confirm that the shipment was delivered on the 5th.
