This company does care about the customer. They made right on the missing parts and expedited them to me. This is a 5 ⭐ company

I tried to replace boat trailer leafs with these. I looked up the build sheet on my trailer from the manufacturer, and got the equivalent springs. I replaced one side and when I lowered trailer, this side sits about an inch lower than before replacement. I looked at these springs under load vs the other side and these look to be at the upper limit of their range with minimal clearance from able to frame. I called customer support and was told I would get a call back.. Have not received a call yet

So far all I can comment on is the installation. It was a perfect fit and no more sag from old springs. I’ll see how well the springs hold up and last starting this weekend when the trailer gets put back to work.

Great customer service, very happy with the product. The shipping quality was not perfect but the product survived. Will shop again.
