I sent an email about a week or so ago to inquire more information about a set of trailer lights that I`m lookiin to purchase, have not gotten a response at all!! VERY Unprofessional to not return prospective customers inquiries!
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. When you submitted your question it was after hours on our live chat. The next morning, you were reached out to and given a discount code due to this issue. Again we do apologize for this.
Received the "tail light" only had two wires so unusable. Called you customer service. Was told by a man who had very thick accent that all my info was taken and some lady would call me back. That never happened. Have since found what I needed elsewhere. Will never use your company again nor recommend to any of my friends or co-workers.
Hey Rob, I do not see that you ever tried to call us to get this resolved. We are always more than happy to help where we can. The tail lights you purchased come equipped with 2 wires. Please give us a call if there's anything we can do to help you!
