One side of my tandem trailer had a cracked double eye and a completely broke hanger. I use the trailer almost weekly to haul hay so I needed to get it repaired quickly. I found the correct parts on the Trailer Parts outlet web site and got them ordered. After I ordered them, they keep me up to date on the process and got them shipped out by the close of the business day. They arrived two days later in good condition. If I ever need any more parts for my trailer, the Trailer parts outlet is where I will go.
Highly recommend and great pricing! Took about a week to get to me but could not beat the price.
The hardware finally arrived but still no axle. I ordered and was charged for the hardware and axle 9 days ago! It took over a week to move after shipping label was created. Original website showed delivery within 4-6 days. Now the axle sits delayed even more in the FedEx system while the remaining hardware (shipped equally late) has finally arrived.
Good afternoon, the axle was shipped out with the suspension parts, they did separate in transit. Tracking is showing that the axle is still on the way, We apologize for any inconvenience that this issue may have caused
