We received our kit damaged, so we called it in and this person told me that she didn’t know how it would be handled so someone else would call me the next day. That never got resolved, so we scavenged some parts and fixed it ourselves, because OUR clients are waiting. If you have time to waste/spend, then deal with this company. Otherwise, save yourself and your business the hassles, headaches, and bad look.
Next, labels with important information were torn off for some reason, so DOT wouldn’t approve us for a VIN without those. We called in again, this person gave me a cell phone number to text the photos to, and she never got back to me. While on the phone with her she confirmed to have received my texts and photos, and that shed be back in touch. I followed up later in the day and got nothing AGAIN. I don’t need to see strike three to forget about this company. Two on the same week was two too many. Unbelievable.
