3.5K Heavy Duty Tandem TK Trailer Kit - 7K Capacity - 61" Hubface / 46" Spring Center - 5x4.5

Complete heavy duty tandem running gear, brakes on both axles, 7,000 lb combined capacity.

Everything under the trailer in one order: two fully assembled electric brake axles, the matched tandem suspension, and four tire and wheel assemblies, pre-packaged so every component fits together.

This axle is not ABS compatible.

How to Measure: Hubface is measured from one hub face (where the studs come out) to the hub face on the opposite side. Spring Center is measured from the center of one spring seat to the center of the opposite spring seat.

    3.5k heavy duty tandem axle trailer kit.

    Everything went together great and trailer pulls great. Instructions for the leaf spring shackles would be helpful for the average person installing them. Luckily I was able to measure another trailer witch made installation easier.

    Name brand axles at a reasonable price point.

    I'm very happy with the major components of this package deal.

    Hardware (specifically the equalizers) - I decided to upgrade the hardware with wet bolts and brass bushings. All was well until I got to the very last set of bushings to install and found that one of the equalizers was poorly machined. In a hurry to finish the job I deformed one of the brass bushings trying to press it in. I can't buy them locally so I gave up and went with the nylon bushings supplied. Dealing with Chinese hardware requires patience and I would avoid using it at all costs.

    Axles / Fenders - I was a bit nervous about buying these online thinking they might not fit right on my old auto trailer. I cut off the old fenders and mocked the new ones up with jack stands. They were a perfect fit and required the slightest manipulation with a rachet strap. I tacked the backing plates in place and started welding. The axles bolted right into place without issue as well.
