I called customer service for a replacement axle complete kit. They assisted me with the measurements to assure proper fit. I ordered the kit which arrived absolutely as described and within the estimated shipping time. It fit perfectly . Overall - one of the best experiences of ordering online I have ever experienced. I ordered all these parts to build a custom tool trailer. Thinking itll be here in a week or so. Nope, came really quick with all the parts I ordered didnt even make it to the metal shop first. Exactly what I was looking for all in one place at a great price! Thanks

The good, delivery was fast and had several updates, the axle itself is clearly high quality and exactly as described, the wheels and tires are also very nice. The not so good, there were no lug nuts, 2 spring brackets missing and no hardware to attach the springs to the brackets. I did call and asked what size the lug nuts are and the person who answered the phone knew the information and gave it to me. He also transferred me to someone who would have sent me the missing parts but I was some how disconnected and I chose not to spend the time on the phone or to wait for the parts to come in the mail. I purchased locally what I needed and I’m using the trailer and overall happy with quality.
