My bad , I ordered the wrong parts. But the customer service has been some of the worst I’ve experienced. Not only was the woman on the phone very dismissive, not helpful, and kind of rude , I sent $600 worth of parts back over a week ago and haven’t heard a peep or seen a refund so I’m not happy needless to say. Definitely won’t be using them again and will be taking steps to get my money back.

I ordered a 6k kit x2 for my trailer that included the brake, hubs, inner and out bearings, caps, grease etc... everything arrived in a decent time frame but a few pieces were damaged in shipping. The main pieces were the inner seals. I reached out to customer service they asked to send some pics of the damage items so I did and I never got a response. I ended up re-ordering the damaged parts from another place and then new kits for my other trailer kits that were needed.
