    they are jacks. feel good and robust. the weld on pipes welded on fine, came pre chamfered for less preparation before welding

    Only one showed up. Trailer Parts Outlet wouldn't even return my emails...

    Purchased a 2-pack of these jacks for a project. One arrived. When I reached out to Trailer Parts Outlet, I got an automated email back saying "One of our customer service representatives will get back to you". It's been a week, and nothing. Will have PayPal issue a refund, and I'll shop elsewhere.

    Good afternoon Christopher, we apologize for the inconvenience of this missing package. We tried to give a call last week and left a voicemail regarding this, we had the missing jack reshipped out for you and it shows a delivery date for Friday 3/21/25
